Bio

An Assistant Professor of Management, Former Advisor to the vice minister for universities, research, and innovation at the Ministry of Education of Saudi Arabia, Former Advisor to the dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administration at King Abdulaziz University (KAU) and Former Management Consultant at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Management from Louisiana Tech University (LaTech), a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from New York University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from KAU. He completed the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. He is a licensed Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association of Financial Professionals in the USA. His previous work experience includes being the Director of the MBA and EMBA programs at KAU, an Instructor of Management at LaTech, a Coordinator of the Accreditation Unit at the Faculty of Economics and Administration at KAU, and an Assistant Executive Managing Director for Development at the Saudi Construction Group. His primary personal and research interest include proactivity, and adaptivity in the workplace, leadership, cross-cultural organizational behavior, and corporate governance. His research work has appeared in over 30 refereed journal articles and presented at international conferences. An Associate Editor, Editorial Board Member, and ad hoc reviewer for several international journals in the field of Management and Organizational Behavior
